From one warehouse to five locations
The scope grew site by site — each time after the result of the previous one, never after a presentation.
Dolny Śląsk and the surrounding area · since summer 2025, continuous cooperation
The situation
It started with one warehouse and one staffing request. The client did not declare a volume and did not promise anything beyond it — they were checking us on a small scope, at their own site and on their own data. That is an honest arrangement, and the most common way we start.
How it went
45 minutes from the request to a conversation on site
The candidate was at the warehouse 45 minutes after the client raised the request. The decision was made the same day: start the next morning, health and safety training (BHP) at 8:00.
Seeing the site became the standard
Since then we send nobody in blind. With every subsequent order we agree a date with the client to show the warehouse before anyone signs anything — it is part of planning the start, not a courtesy.
The next sites
The client began raising staffing requests from further locations, in other cities as well. We launched each of them separately, with its own recruitment for the local labour market — not by moving people from a warehouse that was already running.
A rhythm that held
Five locations served, and orders closed from one day to the next as well, when a sudden gap appears at one of them.
What came out of it
- Five locations of this network, each launched as a separate project.
- We take on the next site only once the previous one has stable staffing — a condition we set for ourselves.
- Recruitment for the local labour market, not shuffling the same people between warehouses.
The figures and sequences above come from our correspondence with clients and from our project records. We do not give company names — we are bound by confidentiality clauses, and we publish full named stories only with the client’s written consent. Would you like to verify any of these sequences? We will ask the client for a reference call with you.
